Stirling Moss was without a doubt the most passionate and celebrated driver of his time. Between the years of 1951 and 1961, Moss competed in 66 Grand Prix. He won 16, took 16 pole positions, drove 20 fastest laps and earned a career total of an amazing 185.5 points. Yet the title of World Champion alluded him. He would become runner up 4 times between 1955 to 1958. 

To millions of Formula 1 fans aroung the world, Stirling Moss was the most charismatic and most likeable racing car driver ever, inseperable from the aura of the mighty Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows. Even Enzo Ferrari described him as the most deserving driver of his era.
